The Crusaders made their debut at the 2016 Harmony Cup. Their debut was a great success, defeating the highly fancied Lebanon on their way to finishing third. In 2017 they went one better, reaching the grand final against Italy.
Team Malta won the second Division title at the 2020 Harmony Cup.
