Australian Football International (AFI) is pleased to announce that plans are underway to introduce Footy 9s to the North West Province of South Africa.
Footy 9s allows our great game to be played on soccer and rugby fields, and more information about Footy 9s can be found at www.footy9s.com.
Working with our stakeholders in South Africa, the plan is for 16 teams to participate in the North West Footy 9s league, in an exciting development for the game in Africa.
We are currently looking for sponsors to help support the establishment of each of these teams. This is a great opportunity to not only help grow the game in South Africa, but make a real and positive difference as well.
