AFI has produced a Player Sponsorship package for players taking part in the World 9s. The great news is that, if you find a player sponsor, there is no cost to participate!
A player’s sponsor can be a family member or a friend/mate that owns a small business. Don’t be afraid to approach them for support – if you don’t ask, you don’t get.
The cost of the Player Sponsorship package is $200. In return each player will receive have their entire costs covered, plus AFI will provide your sponsor with a footy jumper as well.
By way of example, if you are playing for New Zealand, your Player Sponsor will also receive a New Zealand footy jumper. Your sponsor can also choose the size of their jumper and what number they would like on the back.
